Lenscrafters

I purchase a pair of glasses 13 months ago and in that times one of the lens came out 4 to 5 times. I contacted the general manager Jamie to discuss the problem that the last time the lens came out that it was lost. I wanted to get the lens replaced but was told I had to buy 2 lens and also if I purchased a set of frames it would be cheaper to do it that way which would be over 500.00 I ask for the general manager to help me with some type of discount being I have had problems with the lens since I purchased them she said she could do nothing to satisfy me. I went to Costco and got a new pair of glasses and also had the lens replaced in the frames I purchased from lens crafter my total bill was about 400.00. Lens crafter is such a large company they do not need my business poor customer handling skills and I do not reccomend them at all

One of my nose pieces came off my glasses… they fixed it instantly and I was out the door in under 4 minutes… van ask for more.

Great service from beginning to end. Everyone is friendly, doctor is great and down to earth and his nurses are very enthusiastic.
They compete with pricing, matching 1800contacts which is awesome.
Can’t really ask for better than that!

This is a very good Lenscrafters, and I’ve been to quite a few over the last 20 years, in four different states.
The staff is always very helpful. Whether you are buying new glasses or stopping in for a free adjustment, they treat you like your business and your satisfaction really matter.
And of course, the selection of frames was decent. I got just what I wanted.
