Came to resize the link on my watch and replace the batteries. To resize the watch cost $ 6 and to replace the batteries cost $ 8 each. The man was nice and told me I could wait 15 mins to have everything done.
My experience here was pleasant with no issues. The is a small store inside the mall. Customer service was exceptional. All three people working at the time always asked me if If I was being helped which shows they have good customer service skills.

I got ripped off. I bought off E Bay. they told me to go through Pay Pal I will check it out. I paid good money and figured it was too good to be true but may they wholesale. Wishful thinking! I let it sit in the box until my son wanted to propose. Well, he had it checked out. It was a CZ. not real. All they could say is sorry, it was on the receipt that I never got or saw. My problem is I waited to long and did not catch on I would not pay 6500 dollars for a fake! I am so heartbroken and they have no heart. Rude Rude Rude. basically did not offer to help at all. Regardless, that it took me a long time to find out. I would give negative 5 stars if I could!

Saul is the best! (He is the owner)
My fiancé bought me my custom made diamond engagement ring from Saul and I could not be happier with what I have. They have all kinds of jewelry (gemstone earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings/​engagement rings), jewelry cleaner and so much more. The owner is a great business person and is very friendly and personable. I cannot wait to work with him on designing my fiancé & my wedding bands. To see my ring, look at my photos.
