Awful service. I was lied to several times regarding my account and my cellphone order. I was being assisted by a man named Jonathan and another named Burt.
This store was responsible for me not being given a mandatory upgrade because they screwed something up and put a hold on my account for over a week even after guaranteeing I’d have my phone the same day.
Eventually I called Verizon customer service who immediately fixed my account and notified me that an order hadn’t actually ever been placed for a cellphone although Jonathan had printed me a receipt.
This store is run by people who will lie to you so they will eventually receive commission. Please save yourself the trouble and go to another store.
