We think that Mt Moses and the surrounding environs will be close to a perfect place to assemble for in situ discussion groups on the nuances of self service valet parking without the disturbances of vehicle traffic or any other motorized distractions. The hiking and views will be an added attraction, although some of our discussions are held blindfolded. Really glad we found this place instead of the Kill van Kull landfill. As noted by another reviewer The only drawback is that you can still hear traffic from the nearby roads. But we can wear ear plugs along with the blindfolds.

Yet another sweet spot in Staten Island. It’s a man-made yet very natural looking, elevated, small section of land which you can climb and enjoy unique views atop. The only drawback is that you can still hear traffic from the nearby roads. Otherwise a pleasant, peaceful spot. Easily accessed through High Rock park.
