Matt and his partner at Mr. Sandless were great. We wanted to find someone who could finish our floors in 1 day. Note: We only needed the floors to be finished and no work was really needed on the floors of our home. Not only did they finish within a few hours, I was able to walk on the floors right after they were done, the same day. At the end of the project, I have to say there was a little bit of a smell but it was gone an hour or two after opening the windows and leaving the fans on. The guys were very friendly, the price was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their wooden floors to be done.

We love Mr. Sandless! Dust-​Free, quick, friendly and so easy — would absolutely use Sandless again but all our floors are already so shiny! :) The only downside is that sandless sanding lasts a bit less than the real kind which means we’ll need to do it again in 10 years or so – that said, it’s a great comfort knowing we won’t need to entirely empty the house to avoid dust and mess that normally happens!

Matt is a pro. I had considerable doubts that he and his team could actually refinish my floors without spreading dust everywhere which has been my experience in the past, but to my amazement they did exactly what they said they would, were on time, and my newly refinished floors look amazing. Very please and would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I couldn’t believe the end result. My floors are trampled on by my 3 dogs and every weekend 5 kids. No one takes off their shoes. And after having my floors done 6 months ago they look as good as they did the day they did them. I waited to post a review to see how they would hold up to the abuse they endure daily. And they do. They are quick, professional, and have recommended them to family and friends. A++ to them.

Walking on my refinished floors the same day! I have had the sanding and the polyurethane, big headaches and big mess. This was a great alternative, no noxious odor, no stay at a hotel while it dried, and no need to put furniture in storage while job is done. I reviewed the website and the process and got what I thought was a great value. Much less expensive than sanding and I was able to stay in my house while the job was done in one day. Highly recommended.
