New Garden Chinese Restaurant

the food is delicious and delivery is pretty fast. The only problem I always have is they get one item wrong in the order all the time. Today I ask for hot and sour soup with my lunch special and they send me wonton soup. One time they forgot one whole persons order which they delivered when i called them.

We discovered this place when a menu was left on our doorstep.
And I must say; the food is quite good if not excellent.
My son who is an amateur Chinese food afficinado gives it a 2 thumbs up!
I judge a place by simple dishes like soup. If a takeout place makes excellent wonton soup, then the food is usually good. Not exactly a scientific way of measuring things, but it works for us.
And they have better soup than, Jade Island, blasphemy!
But so far whatever we have ordered here is hot and fresh when it arrives.
Garlic shrimp, excellent with big pieces of garlic in a spicy sauce.
Boneless ribs are fantastic, shaved thin and not loaded with sauce.
Spareribs with black bean sauce were tasty but had too much fat on them.
Chicken and/​or pork dishes are also good and consistant.
General Tso’s chicken-​very good
And fried chicken-​excellent! I find that for the best fried chicken Chinese restaurants have it down pat. They do it right. Nicely seasoned and not oily is how they do it here.

Prices are reasonable, free delivery and thay give coupons. We can afford to indulge in this now and then and they do it right!
