On 2÷20÷15 my jeep broke down in the Pathmark parking lot on 12^th St and 1^st ave in Brooklyn. It just happened to be the coldest day in nyc this year. I called new generation because they accept credit cards. One of their drivers showed up. His name is Will. Great guy! Super friendly. He did a great job towing my Jeep. Theses guys are great. CALL THEM!

Great Service… Great People… Reasonable Prices
The only Brooklyn tow service that responded to my call for help.
The passenger side tires were stolen on Henry Street and ALL OTHERS said, «call us back when you have four tires on the car.»
I had the spare and New Generation gave specific advice about the fourth tire. They came with special equipment and mounted the two needed tires.
AGAIN — they were they only Brooklyn tow service that cared enough to get the job done… in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price.
