i agree with the last member. This store is really representing the sneaker culture in Staten Island, who knew it even exsisted as big as it is? They have some really expensive sneakers in there but they also sell what they call their«General Release» sneakers at a lower price then in larger chain stores. I was able to purchaase 2 pairs of Nike Jordans for both of my sons for a good price. My oldest had been looking for a pair online and they were cheaper in this store. When I was in there they had a pair of Nikes for $ 1000 plus. I guess if they buy them he should sell them. Keep up the good work. Manhattan is NOT the only borough in NYC!!!

1 Up Sneakers is a brand new high end sneaker store located on the southwest shore of Staten Island. It seems the owner found a niche as in the past Staten Islanders have had to trek out to the city to find the Heat when it comes to kicks. With old school rap playing, shoppers feel comfortable perusing through the shops premier selection. Amongst them, Jordan, Nike, Nike SB, Vans, Puma, Converse, Supra and custom kicks. The owner is a native to the island and knows what real Sneaker Heads want. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask him and he’ll special order it. 1 Up is not overpriced, as a matter of fact they are competitive with other sneaker joints. Keep in mind that 1 Up is only 3 months old so the inventory is still growing. Clothing line and hats to follow. If you’re like me and can’t find the Air Max ’95 anywhere.1 Up has them. Check it out!
