Fabulous shopping experience.
The wife and I were in the market for three major kitchen appliances, a TV and an a/​c. We had been doing due diligence for a couple of months, researching, checking reviews and getting prices.
We finally got to this P C Richard and found true nirvana. The selection was ginormous. Everything seemed to be available for immediate delivery. The salesman were extremely knowledgable and responded fully to all of our questions. There was no hard sell here. The uniform attitude here was that the sales staff’s job here was to fully inform and step back, while encouraging the customers to make decisions based on the customer’s needs, even if it meant foregoing a sale. These folks really gained our trust and confidence.
The niftiest part was that pricing was great. Most often lower than the competition and if not, comparable. Ultimately, our savings were substantial.
Save yourself a lot of trouble: When you need what they sell, just go to this store. It will be the last place you’ll shop, even if it’s the first.
You’ll go home feeling happy, content, respected and having a great experience.
Not many places on Earth can do all of that for you.
Bravo P C Richard. Bravo. You’ll see me again, and I’m sure you’ll see all of our friends and family. Just keep it up, as I’m sure you will.

Items are always in stock and it’s just a refreshing change from Best Buy. A little pricey but you can sometimes bargain and I am eligible for several types of discounts. Overall it’s a nice store.

I Came to buy Bose headphones and walked out with a 70 Inch TV. the Service was outstanding and the Mangers there Lenny and Jimmy are both the best people to work with. I’ve been coming to PC Richard for the last few Years and i will never shop anywhere else. thank you ! Highly recommended

P. C Richard has great products at very competitive prices. They helped me save over a thousand dollars on my complete gourmet kitchen package. Also, customer service is amazing.

I tend to find better service from the inventory crew. The sales guys are too pressured to make a sale. And harder to make a point. I come here rarely. But I always seem to have to get help from a manager. I guess there are still people in the concept in their mind we need to bargain and here we can. Some other places that sell a lot of things. There are no bargaining aloud. I guess you will have to know someone here you can trust as far as it goes in other places where you can’t and you won’t be able to know of your getting good pricing! Oh yea, Alway do your homework also!

I REALLY want the new refrigerator with the sparkling water/​ice door dispenser on it! Ohhhh ya!
Looking around and thought the service was pretty sucky… There was limited selection of kitchen appliance but I still like the ideas and layout that was put in PC Richard… there’s a big parking lot… just don’t aspect good service…
