This was my first time using PDQ. Ronnie, the driver, was very polite and friendly. That was refreshing. I hope Ronnie is working next time I need a ride. I rode from Staten Island to Newark airport. The Lincoln town car was older but clean and in safe ridable condition.
Once I rode in a competitors car service. The driver’s seat was broken and leaning back. Very unsafe and the car was filthy.
The room for improvement suggestion for PDQ would be to give one price when quoting transport off of the island, instead of itimizing it. Customers might get confused when tolls are quoted. Telling customers that the price includes transport and tolls is understood better.
