True animal lovers! Priority # 1 for me is that I know my dog is in good hands. It is clear they care about animals and their comfort and well being. It’s also clear they care about customer satisfaction as well. Tell them what you want they will do their absolute best to deliver.

I highly recommend taking your pet here for grooming. Very professional and treats your pet like it’s their own.

Although this place is very caring and the owner bent over backwards to accommodate my Fearful Afghan Hound. Falcon was very scared and kept popping even had diareah many times. I found a very 1 inch deep gash on the left side of his neck see picture and cut marks on his belly. He needs to be throughly looked over. He also was returned with many matted areas. I’m sorry he kept shitting and peeing himself. However, there is no excuse for him being cut. And even more iIMPORTANTLY and what angers me the most. Is the owner and groomer didn’t tell me Falcon was hurt… They only talked about Falcon needing Sedatives!!! I’m besides myself. My Falcon was injured and I was shocked to find the gash and cut marks. I should have know better when I was told I couldn’t stay and watch that I had to leave my dog!
The most positive interaction for us, is when the Groomer lets me stay and assist. We have been to several other groomers. This is disheartening because of my sever carpal tunnel I’m unable to groom him Myself. I DON’T WANT TO THINK that I have to give up my service dog because I can’t find a groomer that can handle him.

Wouldn’t accept a coupon thay was dated for 2016. My dog didn’t smell or feel like she was bathed, just heavily sprayed with a perfume.

These guys are great. Took me in the Same day I called, After i tried to cut my own dogs hair. I looked for a groomer for weeks, everyone told me they were busy. They took him in and did a great job. It’s hard to find new places. We just moved here from Queens. Ann did a Great job, thank you again and I will recommend you guys.

We took our dog Willow to Pet Pawlour today for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! The parlour is welcoming and setup to make animals feel comfortable, like a home away from home. Our pup came out looking beautiful and happy! This is definitely our new groomer from now on! Check them out!
