Fairly reliable delivery, but don’t believe the text you get that your order is out for delivery; it usually is not. Delivery times vary after the text often up to 30 minutes so start to finish for a simple order expect 70 minutes to elapse.
Occasionally they forget to deliver everything you paid for, if you catch it they’ll come back with it.
Margarita pizza on a thin crust is nice. You can order a customized salad… just exactly what you want, no need to remove unwanted items & a choice of greens. Broccoli rabe is nicely done and reasonably priced. I personally don’t care for the chicken entrees, but I know others who do.
It would be great if they could sell Diet Sierra Mist as an option to Diet Coke. The beverage options are very limited.

Visiting from Seattle. This place is amazing. Try the caprese. Excellent crust and very clean and friendly

Came in here to grab a quick lunch. We ordered slices and a chicken Caesar wrap before the lunch rush. The pizza came out in 5 mins and was averagely good. The wraps took another 20 mins. The wrap had no sauce so we went to the counter to ask for sauce, which was another 5 minute wait. Overall not too impressed with customer service pizza is average, wraps were not good.

The worst «Italian» food anywhere. Rice Ball Parm… Under 4 lbs of sauce and over salted crap mozzarella it wasn’t even identifiable Zeppoles were strips of pizza dough that were hard as a rock I could’ve used them as a door stop

This is a solid pizza/​restaurant and my go to place quite often. The pizza with grilled chicken is a favorite as is fried calamari. Most dishes are made fresh to order and delivery is fast and competent. Prices are same as most and the health dept gave an A rating.

Absolute favorite pizza on the island… I always order from them. Delivery is pretty quick as well

Pronto’s Pizza has once been a delight to our family. I remember my father often buying a pie and buffalo wings for us to eat, and never did we frown. Today however, Pronto’s has begun to become famous and on top of their fame, came a lackluster service. Their pizza is now burnt often and the crust is not satisfactory! Please bring back the old Pronto’s…

I try to keep my pizza cravings at a once a week thing to treat my son’s on Fridays, I usually order on Fridays so I don’t have to cook, there pizza is good, few times I got my delivery an the cheese was all over the box, I called up an once Vito the manager sent me a fresh one an another time he gave me credit towards another pie on another day. There great staffed an all nice and friendly an there renovation is beautiful. Best pizza on the island an I’m a BKLYN girl bklyn pizza is always the best but this is as close as it gets to a good ol Brooklyn slice.

Pronto is to Pizza as KFC is to chicken. School Cafeteria grade food at best; complete with dry, burnt crust and substandard service. The décor sure is nice though; for all that’s worth. (Nothing)

Do not use their website to order food!!! It is not secure.
The past 2 times my company has ordered here for working lunches and both times the card was stolen and used to make overseas purchases for well over $ 700 each time.
My credit card was also double billed when they claim on their end they never received any payment.

This was my favorite pizza spot when I used to live on the island. They are consistent in quality and the staff is very friendly!
Their Buffalo slice — amazing! Now, whenever I go back to visit, I make it a point to stop by and have a slice. I wouldn’t say all their food and pizzas are the best I’ve ever had, but it was always good, which is more than I can say for most other places.

Great food options (no burgers unfortunately) including pizza, pasta, heroes, and full entrees. Very fast delivery and the online ordering is perfect!

This is my go to pizzeria — the prices are great, some in this area so so expensive for NO reason. Also love that their food & service/​delivery is consistent! Some places you can order the same pie 3 times & get 3 diff pies. Pronto has consistency down to a T.
Their pasta & dinners are always good, the salads are awesome, & last but not least — all the speciality pies are amazing!!! I’m so addicted to their Buffalo Chicken pan pie — it’s sooooo amazing! I have eaten it so many times while pregnant (& way before) that the baby is going to come out addicted to it LOL! Also the Chicken Spinach Alfredo is amazing — it’s so good. My husband loves it with bacon sub the spinach. Awesome!
They are always polite, they don’t mess up or forget stuff, the service & food are consistently great, the inside is very clean & nice for a pizzeria. They are always busy, so even if you stop in for a slice, it will most likely still be hot out the oven, not cold & solidified on display like majority of places. Also they have their own website (not a 3^rd party) for online ordering — u get emails to update the orders status along the way, I love being able to view the menu & customize items to my liking as I order & get an email when it is out for delivery. Basically, this place is great — what else could I want? Love this place!

This pizza tasted like old fashion 1980’s pizza like I use to eat as a kid Stromboli was great would def. eat here again and recommend this place to friends.

To order on line their coupons does not work. No one knows how the discount applies during the order online. The pizzeria sends out coupons on the mail. The Bay Street location with the female assistants are rude on the phone and needs professional manner, and proper ethics. Oops its not in the good area of Staten Island no wonder. The manager could not explain or over ride the discount online. The delivery was quick though some locations have better service when giving discounts to clients. Its not genuine italian by the way.

I love nummy pizza, and this place got it.
I like getting some of their salads or rolls once in a blue moon too (when I feel like changing it up). Sometimes, when I’m hungover, I come in and jam on a buffalo slice. YUM!
Their staff is very helpful and friendly. All the counter girls are little cuties. Great place to order from or stroll into. You can see them make the pizza sometimes in the front counter. I wish I could spin dough.

This place has OK pizza. I grew up in Brooklyn and know great pizza, and this is not it. However, it is definitely the best pizza in the area. Grandmas which is just down the block is horrible compared to Pronto.

My family and I have lived in Rosebank my entire life. After our pizza guys closed down shop were we devastated and needed to find a new place. When we tried Pronto– that was it. No other place compares with the freshness of the product and the quick delivery (always hot– sometimes slow on weekends but that’s to be expected)
The specialty pies, especially the Philly Cheesesteak, are superb

Usually my family’s go-​to pizza place in Staten Island. My dad was a pizza man years ago, so I trusted him when he recommended we go here.
Luckily, the plain slice was just plain delicious. Great, friendly service and free fast delivery.
