Pretty bad. Makes me ashamed to be of Italian heritage. I ordered a Margharita pie. The tomato sauce was acidic and flavorless. The «fresh» mozzarella was flavorless, chewy and not smooth. The crust had a stale flavor and gummy. The basil was good but I had to beg them to put an adequate amount of basil on because they tried to cheap-​out an put just a couple of leaves on the pie. All together the pie was very plain and worst than the usual fare in Staten Island. My family ate four slices and we tossed the rest. And, by the way, they cheap out again by making 16-​inch pies while others, like Brothers on Forest Ave., make 18-​inch pies. Go anywhere else but here if you want pizza.

We called in an order for pick up. Service was quick we got there 10 mins later and it was already ready. Props to them since we were starving after waiting at the mechanics for over 3 hours without having breakfast or lunch.
We got the Danny’s Alfredo pan pizza which was delicious! It was topped with Alfredo and spinach and chicken. I def recommend this if you’re in the mood for a pan pizza.
We also got the penne vodka with grilled chicken. The penne was a bit too soft And the sauce was all oily and dried up on top when we opened it. The grilled chicken tasted burnt to me.
The garlic knots were really good! We finished them in the car while driving home. Lol

My husband, inlaws and I LOVE Pronto ’ s pizza! My favorite is the Chicken Marsala, or Vodka pie! Both amazing! I have never had a bad experience here! ;) Yumm!

I love this place! I’ve ordered delivery several times now and my food always gets to me hot and fresh. Heroes are toasted so they come so nice and warm in a box. Ingredients are fresh. I really really love the way this place packages its food. I hope they don’t screw up. Keep up the good work!

Today at the Forest Ave store I had the unfortunate experience of listening to two college girls working behind the counter complain about their «tips» or the lack there of them… I am sorry you don’t earn more money but it’s not my responsibility to fund your «text book» account. This made me very uncomfortable.

I am always happy with the food here… however I the $ 9.75 cent sandwich I ordered was .25 cents short of the minimum for delivery so I was refused. That’s not good!

Horrible to say but frozen pizza taste better, especially when the drivers been driving around with your food for 45 minutes and brings you lopsided cheese falling off the half cooked cold pizza. So much for pronto.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I drove for an hour and I was early for my appointment, it was dinner time so I decided to stop at this location. I was dumbfounded when I learned that they have no restrooms. I walk in, order a chicken roll, and then proceeded to look for the bathroom. When I did not see a door, I asked where the bathroom was and I was told it was no bathroom in the location. I told the girl I just drove for an hour and, if I’m going to stay and eat, I’m going to use the bathroom. All I received in return with a strange look. I do not understand how a pizza place with tables that sells food does not have a bathroom. Horrible business practice. Unsympathetic staff. I wouldn’t go back if the food was free! Zero stars.

Im sorry– pizza came quickly and ordering online is helpful but pizza could have been used as a hockey puck. Stromboli roll was the first thing I’ve ever ordered from a pizzeria that I couldn’t/wouldn’t eat. I hate writing bad reviews but this meal deserved it. Staff was nice and again, delivery was speedy.

COPIED FROM EMAIL TO RESTAURANT
Just wanted to write a quick note to you regarding my order yesterday.
We ordered at 6:30 and as you can see from your notification it was «out for delivery» at 6:49pm. I would love to know what this means? We waited until 7:22 to receive our order, and it was not a surprise when it was ICE COLD. I am not saying lukewarm or warm, but COLD. To boot we are under renovation with my kitchen and have no way to heat it up. I mean, really we are only a few blocks away and the pizza was in the delivery persons car for over a half hour. Needless to say I had to order a new pie from another pizza place, which came in under 25 minutes from the time I ordered, so I wasted my time and money waiting for your «PRONTO» pizza which was anything but.

Good pizza overall with a good selection of toppings and a dang good sauce. I live close by, so when I am in the mood for a pie, it’s my go to place. I now usually go to the store to pick up my order, as a couple times my neighbor ordered a pie to be delivered and it came with the cheese and toppings all slid towards one side and they had to send it back.
They also have surprisingly good wings, in my opinion, better than Planet Wings.

It’s a 2 minute walk from my Dad’s– that all ready makes it nice! However, the fact that the pizza and the fettuccine alfredo are good as well only adds to how great it is to have a pizza place nearby! Definitely a good place to get an inexpensive bite to eat.
