The absolute shadiest place. Mike, the owner is extremely rude. I work across the street(Richmond University Medical Center) and so I ordered my food from there. Sometimes I would use my debit card and other times I used cash. Well, I noticed an $ 13.76 charge on my debit card on a day I know for a fact I did not order from them, I was in a lunch meeting at the hospital. So I called and told Mike who then said he will research the charge and call me back. He never called. I called the next morning and he was rude and obnoxious. He basically said tough luck. So, needless to say, I will never order from them again AND I will make sure I spread the word. anyone who is in business knows ‘word of mouth’ carries weight.

Short review. I don’t see anything too outrageous with the prices. I ordered a coffee and an egg and cheese on wheat bread. The staff is really nice, at least the three I interacted with. I wanted turkey bacon with egg and cheese and after paying I was told that there was no TB. I felt upset because this should have been checked before charging me however they refunded it. I went to my doctor in the area and when I checked there was no pepper or ketchup like I asked. There was barely any egg. The bread was not toasted. I went back and they fixed it immediately and were nice. The ketchup is given on the side. Coffee is not that good. Its a corner deli, I’m not sure what people expect from it. There were a few people in front of me but I did not wait that long.

I seen that this bagel spot didn’t have the best reviews or even a picture of it so I had to changed this up a bit. I came here for breakfast and the staff was really nice, its literally on the corner of the hospital right across so you can’t miss it and while I ordered my food I got a free piece of strawberry cake that was just baked and it was really good! I got me a small platter of eggs sausage toast with home fries including the coffee and paper for $ 6 you can’t beat that ! It sure filled me up, the food was good too and theres a little dining area where you can wait to pick up your food and eat there. The bus is located right out front, theres a pretty clean bathroom and the cooks were even nice. I would come back here and try out there other breakfast specials and bagels. I know they also sell deli food, cookies, cake, baked goods, sancwiches and even lotto if you like. Prices look decent too.

I completely agree, they are over priced and the food stinks. Please they bake therse disgusting muffins and sell them for weeks on end. Do not go here. Go into the cafeteria at the hospital instead, they have a lovely coffee bar in the entrance with snacks. Or better yet, go to starbucks up on forest, fast and friendly. I would never go to puttin on a bagel even for water.

The Staff is rude and unbearably slow. Whether you call in ahead of time or not It takes them like approximately 10 minutes to do absolutely ANYTHING ie: ring, toast some bread, put cream cheese on a bagel. The food isnt great. Disgraceful service, absolutely no sense of urgency or regard for anyones time. Careless. My change has been wrong more than once. They close way too early. The one star is for The pick up Windows and seating. Thats The best thing about this place. Other than that it makes me sick that this is most conveniently located place near me.

The absolute worst. This is one of those half-assed establishments that came into fruition based solely on someone recognizing the potential and need for a breakfast/lunch/coffee spot where Doctors and Nurses can go. The problem is this person stopped once he/she recognized a need. He/She was probably not even planning on entering the restaurant/café business or better yet, probably was not a person that enjoyed bagels or coffee or sandwiches to begin with DONOTCOMEHERE. The people are rude. The food is shit with a capital IT(a clown that eats Children) Another bit of failed research lies in the ubiquitous fact that Doctors and Nurses almost never stray from the cafeteria to grab so much as a muffin. Their lives are as pressure packed as they come… and they are relegated to eating Cafeteria food 3 meals a day including snacks and coffee breaks. We all know how devilishly cleaver the dainty moniker«Puttin On A Bagel» is, but try this one on for size: How about I put a fist through a bagel and onto your face!
