3 stars because for the lack of massage on both the manicure and pedicure. When you pay for a manicure and pedicure, you pay for the massage that comes along with it. Rubbing my feet and hands for 60 seconds hardly counts as a massage in my book. If I wanted to simply get my nails painted, I would stay home and do it myself. That aside, the price for a mani/​pedi wasn’t bad and the quality was very good. She was able to shape my nail just how I like it, trim away any excess cuticle skin, and the manicure hasn’t chipped going on 5 days. If they could actually give a massage that is supposed to come standard with their services I would highly recommend.

Been coming here since I was 4 years old. Not Shirley’s rainbow nails anymore, changed management. Any time I stopped coming here to maybe try a new place– I always wind up back. The prices are okay– you get what you pay for. The acrylic tips are good quality, and my nails always last till my next fill in. Very clean place also.

If you want to pay to have your nails and toes done different shapes on each hand and foot then by all means come here. If you like to be given a big attitude and have your hands pulled like you are a child being chastised when you point out that your nails are not even then this is your place. I would rather have my 9 month old nephew do my nails.

Save your money and dont go there. I got a gel manicure. Was there for almost 3 hours. The nail tech had to do my nails 2 times. Not sure if their product was so cheap or she just didnt know how to do nails. my nail gel was bubbling in the uv machine. Horrible experience. The nail tech knew she did a horrible job because she even told me to come back another time. never go there again. My nail already cracked. HORRIBLE place.

I’ve been coming here for the last 11 years. This place has definitely made a turn around with the new owner. It has been completely renovated inside and looks so much nicer and cleaner. I have seen many recycled employees here but so happy to see Candy and Grace are still around.
All the employees are very nice and sweet. They all do a wonderful job. I love their membership point card they offer. I always get UV light concept tips so it’s nice to use my points to get free pedicures every few weeks.
I will always be a loyal rainbow nail customer!
