I would have really like to give this place a better rating, because the place is actually nice and clean they offer free starbucks coffee in the waiting room… Maybe that’s why they try and rip you off.
I was referred here by another doctor and came here with a cd of my X-​rays. Which I was informed by the person who was doing my chart. The cd from the referring doctor was not compatible with their system, and apparently they have had this problem before with the referring doctor, but they keep sending these CDs, and they would have to charge me again to take the same X-​rays. Originally I said yes because why would this person want to get over. Then I called my referring doctor to ask why they would give me a cd that was not compatible with the office they referred me to. Apparently someone from this office stated I didn’t even offer them my cd?!? I ask them why and supposedly they are magically able to open my cd. Leaving was not any easier I had papers to fill out and when I brought them to be filled out they just looked at me like a had two heads… It’s a shame because the doctor seems really nice but between the staff and the office policy it lacks any human compassion and a clear business office.

Absolutely horrible. Please avoid at all cost. I have Heath insurance but was refused to be seen due to the office policy that you must have a major credit card on file. For what I said they told me office policy. I do not use credit cards so I do not have one I have great health insurance which they take but Bc I did not have a major cc they refused to see me. My co pay also would have been in the form of cash. Not good enough they said…

The staff is wonderful & pleasant, and it’s very clean. Up to date technology & very well organized. Dr. Montalbano is great & really cares about your recovery. He did arthroscopic knee surgery & manipulation under anesthesia on me and I have had great results. His PA is great too and she also does a great job. I recommend everyone to go here.
