Great place in the neighborhood. I’m 28 and have grown up eating Plaza, which is a two minute walk from my door. Certainly a staple in New Dorp.
Plain slices well done from there are my favorite. NY pizza is simply the best and Plaza has its own brand of NY flavor. It’s hard to explain you just have to try it. I enjoy many of the establishments on Staten Island and throughout NYC. You will find a unique thing about each of their styles and tastes and certainly believe Plaza is grouped amongst the well known pizza joints
I enjoyed a half plain, half shrimp scampi pie tonight. Very good quality

I’m definitely not impressed with this place. There are far more superior pizzerias on the island. They are overpriced for mediocre food, and the place also needs to be cleaned. I don’t feel comfortable eating in a restaurant with dirty floors. Try Classic on Richmond Rd.

honestly this restaurant is average at best. i find thier prices are to high. they offer nothing thats differant or stand out. i personally work in the area and will walk 2 blocks more to find a better slice. or just get mexican… its cheaper

Nothing beats a great plain slice of pizza. No frills, just grease, cheese, and sauce simmered to perfection.
So, I’ll start by being real, this place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1992, or updated for that matter. That being said, most of my favorite places for a single slice look like this. They make great food, at great prices. If you are looking for something different than a pie, their Sicilian-​style rice balls are delicious – I even buy them to freeze.
As for atmosphere and service… don’t expect much! This is the perfect place for take-​out. I’d recommend this joint for anyone looking for a filling (and incredibly oily) meal.

This is our family’s FAVORITE pizza joint. Every single week, we order takeout of pizza, raviolis, eggplant parm, salads and steak sandwiches.
Food is ALWAYS AWESOME! Prices are very fair.

This is a typical, no frills pizza place. The pies are always quality, so I recommend ordering from her for delivery or just stopping in for a slice. I can also speak for the eggplant parmigiana heroes (very nice) and other «extras.» My family orders from here once a week and has never been disappointed.
