Have you ever been to a home improvement center wondering if you’re making the right choices. Are there other options? They are more than a store. I call them my light design consultants. And, they are worth every penny. As a bonus, there is an excellent electrical supply house across the street for you DIYs.

Had to purchase all lighting for a new home. It was a pleasure to work with Michael at Richmond Chandelier. He was very competitive with pricing and showed me high quality lighting products. We went to Richmond Chandelier for help in lighting design for our new salon. Mike was so helpful in understanding our needs and worked with us to get the best solutions for our space keeping in mind our budget. We looked at other lighting companies and went with Richmond Chandelier not only for the best pricing, but with the customer service Mike and his team provided. When clients come into our salon the first thing they ask is where did we get our lighting! I’m very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend as well as work with this company again!

Outstanding customer service. Mike is the best. I have ordered 3 mirrors from other sources and all 3 came in broken. Mike was able to make sure the mirror he ordered was intact and called me when it arrived. The store has wonderful selection of lamps, chandeliers and much much more. Definitely coming back.

Unlike Home Depot or Lowes you dont have to walk a block through the parking lot and then another block to the aisle you need, you park right in front walk in. There are sales people to answer questions and make suggestions or you can browse around. We had such a good experience there, they were very helpful. AND they brought my lights to me. We didn’t wait on line to check out. and they HELPED me to my car (imagine that). When we got home I had a question. I called and a PERSON picked up and answered my question. Bulb prices were better than at the big stores.

Worth the ride,
I remodeled my condo and needed a lot of stuff. To be honest I only went to this place to get pricing. I was shocked. I couldn’t believe the quality and selection of the products they had in stock. They had brands the big stores don’t carry. I needed all new switches and outlets and cover plates they had it all across the street. In the showroom they had the exact lighting fixture for my dining room. The staff was courteous and friendly. I only needed to order one item and that took a week to arrive as it had been back ordered from the manufacture. The funny part was the other store said it was impossible to get. All in all I would highly recommend this store.

Richmond Chandelier is a great place to shop for lighting and other decorative items. I bought all the lighting for inside and outside my house at Richmond Chandelier. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I would definitely recommend shopping there for all your lighting needs!

Richmond Chandelier has been at this location for 87 years and with only two owners in that time period you can tell the staff takes pride in their business. It’s filled with lamps, chandeliers, fans, etc. and what you don’t find on the floor they have in lots of catalogs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back here for my lighting needs.
