Okay I first use Richmond Appliance back in the 90’s to set up all my appliances in my kitchen and washer: dryer, I dealt with Joe he was just a kid then. Was a great experience all the appliances were great name brand and lasted. Then I moved in 2003 and again needed a whole new kitchen again dealt with Joe was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to find a side by side fridge to fit my small space. I then needed a new dryer since the one I got with the house didn’t work. So I have dealt with the store many times with all different type of appliances. I highly recommend this place and the prices were very reasonable. Oh all the appliances were brand new with warranties. Highly recommended

do not purchase any thing !!! it’s refurbished junk ! went through hell for 3 years with an «ge» washing machine, go to sears no stars

I’ve bought a number of appliances here and am always satisfied. Just needed a washing machine and the service man (Yergen?) who came to see if my old machine was worth repairing was knowledgeable, respecful and honest. I requested that he come and install the new one and he did with another gentleman. They needed to remove my sliding doors and it was difficult to remove the old one and to get the new one in, but they did it cleanly and quickly. I also find the salesmen (this time it was Michael) to be honest and never try to push something on you that you really don’t need or want. I will always continue to buy from them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!!! They do not stand by anything they sell. They do not care about their customers at all. They are nice when you buy and rude after they get their money. They were rude with delivery issues and now my microwave that i purchased from them died after less than 30 days and they said «too bad, call the company» They didn’t offer a return, an exchange, NOTHING! This is an awful way to do business. Do not buy anything here.

I know exactly what I wanted. They validated my choice in the washing machine I thought was of good quality and what I needed AND it arrived the next day… an effortless experience. I highly recommend them.
