Rudest people I have ever met.
I requested them to come to my house to give me an estimate on re-upholstering my couch and they claimed to «booked up» for two weeks. I patiently waited for them to make an appointment two weeks out. And they said they would arrive between 4 – 5.
At 4:30 on the day of, I called THEM and they said, oh sorry he’s in Delaware. He’ll come before 6. Guess what? They never showed up. The next day the owner or some guy named Nick or Tony didn’t even apologize that they didn’t make it even though they made me wait. They also came back and asked me to now send them a picture.
My question is, why didn’t they ask me to send pictures two weeks ago?
Sav Mor is rude, unprofessional and functions on a entitled mentality. In this day and age, customer service should be your first priority.

These guys were receommended to me by a fried, and they are just great.
Fast, reasonable rates and excellent work. They picked up our six dining chairs Tuesday morning and they were ready to drop off three days later! The upholstery work they did was great — very professional. Their rates were far better than other upholsterers I had received quotes from in the city. I recommend them highly.
