2 days later my AC started leaking again. I called Scaran back, they sent someone out right away. The technician told me I need a new unit or I could have them make me a new drip tray that would cost me around $ 800. We told them we would like to have the estimate done for the new unit and also to have an exact price for the tray. We were told we would get a call the next day to schedule an appointment for the estimates. Never got a call back. Paid over $ 200 to fix my unit for 2 days. Very unprofessional to not follow up and do what you say your going to do.

I had an issue with my tankless water heater and decided to use their services. I called and explained the problem, they assured me that they can fix the problem and someone would be coming shortly. They called Slightly before their arrival. The technician was an older gentleman, but he knew his stuff. He was unfamiliar with the brand, so it took him slightly less then 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Unfortunately it went out a few hours later, leaving me with a cold shower. I called them back first thing in the morning and explained what had happened. They told me they would come out right away and stay until the problem was corrected, mind you it was new years eve. Finally, there was 3 employees who shared their experience and knowledge and git my hot water back. The employee are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The only negative is the service charge of $ 99.00 just to come out to your house, this doesn’t include parts, labor, etc. They kept their promise and back up their work, I would recommend to anyone who needs this service.

I called Scaran because I was having an issue with my furnace. The tech that came was very friendly and quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was cracked and due to the age of the furnace, I would be better off replacing the whole unit. He offered to schedule an appointment with one of their sales reps. Then he told me it would be approx $ 90 for the service call. Although I understand a charge for coming out, it took him five minutes with a flashlight to find the problem and he did not do any sort of work to correct it. I thought the fee was excessive and would have appreciated being informed of the cost before the appointment. I gave him my credit card and signed for the charge. Fast forward two months and I start getting calls from someone claiming to be in their accounts department stating that I still owed for the service call. I asked this woman to send me a statement and I would check with my credit card company to see if the charge was applied to my account. It took almost another month for the statement to arrive from Scaran but in the interim, this woman called again threatening to take me to collections. My credit card company had no record of them even attempting to charge my card and there was a full line of credit to cover this small charge. Finally, after almost three months since the service call, I received a statement which I promptly paid by check. Save yourself the hassle and use a company with better bookkeeping practices. I used a different company to replace the furnace and was very happy with the service I received from them.
