This place is great. I went in with a water-​damaged phone, in a hurry on my way to the airport. The man not only fixed it up quickly, he was very helpful in a calm, easy-​going, unfussy way, and obviously knew phones inside out. He was thorough and explained everything very clearly and carefully. $ 35 not only for a working phone, but for peace of mind.

These guys have been my go to shop for cell phones, computers, and general tech for 2 years now. I have purchased probably a dozen cases for different electronics, fixed my laptop, fixed at least half-​a-​dozen phones (for myself and family), and have sent tons of people their way as soon as i hear of any tech issues. They have never promised something they could not deliver and have always saved me money where they could. Honest guys, hard working, and will always find the time to explain something extra to you if you don’t understand. Highly recommend this spot and their Bay Ridge location.

My Galaxy S3 had its screen shattered after slipping off the palm of my hand. A friend from work had recommended a store which I never heard of before. It ended up being a walking distance from my home in Grasmere, so I decided to give it a try.
5 minutes is all it took for a guy named Max to diagnose the problem, tell me honestly that he didn’t have the screen matching the color of my phone, and assure me that if I didn’t need my phone back in a hurry, he could have the matching color screen delivered and repaired in 2 – 3 days. He then proceeded to quote a very competitive price and I gladly agreed. Well, today was Day 3 of my journey to discover an honest service shop that puts the boring hard-​sell on the back burner. I got my phone back, it works and I paid the price that was quoted!
Do I recommend this store to anyone whose phone went through a near-​death experience? Absolutely. The store had a very laid back, lounge-​like atmosphere and the only guy I dealt with was very professional and honest. I don’t know what the name of the store is trying to evoke but being addicted to a smart and refreshing experience works for me.

The guy working there was friendly and professional. Couldnt recommend this place more. Price was more than fair and he even didnt charge me for one of those tiny SIM card adapter. Would recommend to everyone.

I had my Galaxy S5 phone fixed in the staten island mall and it practically fell apart in my hands. I decided to go to Smart Addiction bc I heard great things about the store from my co-​workers.
The guys at the store were professional and honest. The customer service is phenomenal. I came back to them to replace a cracked screen on my toshiba laptop. I would definitely recommend Smart Addiction to my family and friends.

My 5 year old dropped the ipad and cracked the screen. We had our iPhone fixed before in the Brooklyn location but this one was closer to our home. He fixed the ipad, got me back same day. Quality of work and price couldn’t be beat. We also bought a heavy duty case from him for a lot cheaper than I saw online… just to make sure the kids don’t crack it again!

Had previously been to their Brooklyn store and was very happy with their service. So when I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked I thought I would have to stop by there again. Was happy to see that they now have a Staten Island store and my experience was every bit as good as previously. Friendly, fast and very fairly price, plus a 30 day guarantee. All around first rate.

I was devastated when I broke my 1 week old iPad Air. The apple store wanted to charge me an astronomical amount and disregarded the fact that it was purchased less than 8 days ago. Luckily, I discovered Smart Addiction which just opened up. I noticed they had a location with high reviews in Brooklyn and decided to give them a try. Max was the one that helped me and he genuinely sympathized with my situation and told me not to worry and that it can be fixed within 1 hour. I decided to run some errands and one hour later, like magic, my iPad Air was as good as new! Without any pressure, he recommended a glass screen protector and case which was half the price Apple was charging and even installed it for me bubble/​dust free at no extra charge. I also had a cracked iPhone 5s (yes, I’m a clutz) and he fixed that for me with a discount since I had the iPad repaired. I cannot remember the last time I was treated this well at a retail location. Max is a true professional!

Love this place! I was shopping in the Downtown Brooklyn area and as I was about to enter the train station there goes my brand new Galaxy S4 phone flying out of my hand and of course a shattered screen. I was so mad. My friend googled a near by cellphone repair and we came across Smart Addiction Express.
The young man working there, who was very polite and helpful, fixed my shattered screen in a time sufficeint manner and at a reasonable price. I was happy to have such great customer service after a long day.
