Found really nice frames for $ 50.00, ordered my glasses which are complicated lenses. Told the clerk I wanted the lenses made thin which has never been a problem. Was assured it would be done. Given a price which was very reasonable. The next day I sensed that the thinness was not clarified so I called the store. Sure enough, what I wanted was an additional $ 105.00.
Lesson: be very explicit in what you want or don’t want.

Nastiest woman with a miserable attitude at the front desk. So sorry I bothered her. I’m willing to pay for a new exam at any other optician due to the poor customer service I experienced. I will take my request for contact lenses (oh and I guess you didn’t give me the chance to tell you I was there to buy a back up pair of progressive glasses and prescription sunglasses as well).
The 2nd woman who took over when she could see how she was talking to me was very nice but the damage was done.
The doctor was just ok. My oldest son hated him and my younger son and I thought he was average (albeit a strange personality — professionally ok).
I would NEVER treat patients at my office like that. And if I did I’d understand why they wouldn’t be back.
