I can say that from my years of experience shopping in this store (though lately Ive been here less due to Amazon), their store associates are pretty helpful but their EASYTECH associates are NOT. After dropping off a computer, I received no response for days even after multiple calls and assurances that they would followup same day. Finally they tell me the problem was apparent without opening the computer and that I would need to call the manufacturer. This is something they could have told me days ago when I first dropped it off. Time was wasted, and when I waiting at the counter, store associates seemed like they could care less about whether I was being helped or not. If you need to fix your computer/​devices, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Went looking for a computer chair due to some good advertised deals and my immediate need for one. Went to the furniture department and saw no sales rep in sight. Went to the customer service desk and asked the girl if she could page someone to assist. I went back and waited approximately 10 more minutes for help. There seemed to be plenty of staff «demonstrating» (see playing) video games Granted, it was the first week of school and the place was busy, but not one of these lazy millennial staff members would give me the time of day. As I walked out after 20 minutes of waiting, I made sure to make eye contact with the customer service girl who seemed indifferent to my leaving without making a purchase. And slackers like this are clamoring for a $ 15 an hour minimum wage?

Horrible service! I wouldn’t waste time writing this review but I had bad experience twice at this staples location. I’m very disappointed to say that. First, they would not let me return an item I purchased at a different staples location (that very same day). The manager told me that I have to return it at the exact location where I purchased the item. When I arrived at another location I was told that I could’ve return it at any location. without any problems. Good to know I wasted my time because the manager (Dorothy) was simply too lazy to process my return. On another occasion, another manager (Bianca) would not let me pick up an online order. Funny to say it was a $ 4 item that my husband ordered for me. We have the same last name and same billing address; and she wouldn’t do it anyway. Told me to call corporate office to complain if I’m not happy. Are you serious?!? A $ 4 item!!! Come on, now! You let hackers steal my credit card information but you can’t let me pick up a $ 4 item! Please Staples, train you employees better so they provide a decent customer service.

Idiot general manager at this store refused to release a $ 4 item for pickup from online order. Even though we came with credit card and drivers license with same billing address.
Amazon prime doesn’t waste 20 minutes of your time verifying random info just to refuse your pickup. So this store will be right there with radio shack out if business in two years. This place doesn’t need to exist on the map if they have worse customer service interaction experience then a website. Duh.
Never again.

Just like the other reviews here, I’ll say the same thing– overpriced.

Haven’t been to a staples in like about ten years and for this stupid project/​presentation I had to come here like fifteen times… this place is just annoying… drove here a few times… have to make two big circles to get into the parking lot… I actually timed how long it takes to just park at staples … Fifteen freaken mins… was giving me crazy ass headaches with all the turns just to get inside… I don’t know why they don’t have an enter opening in front so there’s no need to make all these stupid circles just to get inside… I got a story broad which was eight bucks… That use to be three dollars when I was a kid. when the hell did they raise the price so high… eight bucks for a freaken board… bought prints for my story… glossy paper prints… seven copies. cost ten dollars… I feel like this store was seriously ripping me of. hate the fact I hAve to get all these expensive stuff just for some stupid ass presentation… the service is bad too… long waits… every time i was there there was always some stupid line… only one register open and there’s about five register and eight people working there… makes no sense at all! one night I came here ten mins after closing and there was five people just cleaning I wanted to get one thing I was saying please just wanted to get something really quick. they keep shaking there head and saying sorry… that really pissed me off. do you not want my business. I’m hoping i don’t ever have to come here for anything… such a pain in the ass!!!

Staff was nice, she was swamped (only person working there). Department uses VERY old computers. I could not get my 8 by 10 printed to specifications. Price would have been reasonable, but image quality was terrible. Not recommended.
