came here for in and out oil change, hour later waiting for them to finally call my name I found out car been done and I had to take in personally to car wash, very disrespectful staff left paying 60 $ for simple oil change while the board said 29.99 $

I had to hand wash my car myself right after getting a car wash from them… ill just leave it at that…

do not use this car wash !!! my car was new and the marks left on the car was heartbreaking. i would never use them again … i have scratches and marks all over the car and paid 40. oo for a damaged car. save your self the pain … use someone else !!! i would have given no stars but the app won’t allow it

Terrible customer service. Will never go back. Went for a car wash the car came out still dirty after the wash. Drove the car around for a rewash the guy in the back was very rude. Didn’t like that I made them rewash. Spoke down to me told me there not miracle workers. Don’t waste your time going there.

Just about average. I was attracted to the be building & the busy staff gave me signs it was a good busy to go to. I got my oil changed & a FREE car wash after. It was a good combo and at that the same dealers do it… Makes it even better!
Store as a lot of think to pick up and get up update your car. With many thinks. You’ll be browsing around while the car is getting tuned up.

Worst f*&#$ing place on Staten Island. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE. They let a worker with ONE EYE drive my car right into a fence. I’m not kidding. This guy had one F-​ing eye and backed my car right into the fence knocking the fence down and scratching the entire side of my car. The manager then proceeded to tell me I have a problem with my shifter. No ASSHOLE… you have a problem with your staff. I feel bad for the guy, but don’t let him drive my new Mustang when he can’t even see that D means drive and R means reverse. F-​ing LIVID right now.

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. There must have been a change in management and the service has deteriorated to the point where I no longer get my car washed here. I feel the workers are rushed to finish the wash quickly. Once you leave the car wash the water they missed such as in the Sideview mirror starts streaking and now you went from having a washed car to a washed car with streaks. They also must have gotten rid of a few workers. They used to have two vacuum stations. They now only have one. This is an inconvenience because you have to wait longer. Lastly and my reason for switching to touch less car wash on forest Ave is because they The new management has decided to cancel the monthly unlimited car wash club. This was the only thing going for this place. If you get streaks no big deal. Go get another wash the next day. But since canceling the monthly plan do not bother with this place. I drove past the car wash the other day and was empty with the workers sitting in front. Hopefully they will bring back the monthly plan. Until then I will stay away and recommend you do the same.
This review is based on the car wash only. I get my car washed several times a month. I’ve been all over the island to different car washes. This is the best I’ve been too. I liked it so much I joined the monthly plan and get my car washed there about every other day. The workers put a lot of effort in and do a little extra when it is not so busy such as air dry the car. My car comes out of this place shiny everytime. Also this goes for any car wash. If you notice your car is not cleaned 100% they will pass it through again. If you are a clean car fanatic like me I suggest joining the monthly plan at this place.

I get a car wash here maybe once a month when I visit the in law. Eventually I found a lot of terrible reviews for this place on yell but out of the 10+ time I’ve visited I haven’t experienced anything negative. Also got a few oil changes here which gives u a free wash. So far so good with this place. I haven’t gotten a car wash else where for quite sometime so can’t really compare. I do like the setup in the store with waiting area where u can sit and watch while it goes through the wash. Can’t really complain on anything so 4 stars from me.

This place is the worst! They don’t care about customer service and are a bunch of lies. Never again for a car wash or repairs. KEEP AWAY!!!

they are over charged me on oil change. not recommend, go some where else

What do you mean I can’t leave zero stars? HORRIBLE. They messed up my oil change — to the point where I didn’t even get out of the facility before it was smoking and the oil light was coming on. Oil EVERYWHERE! I turned right back in and the repairman said it was the seal on the oil filter. Clearly something that happened during, or as a result of, the service. They didn’t even do right by me — offer a car wash or a free oil change after their horrendous mistake and waste of my time. I will NEVER come back to this place. Every time I come for an oil change they tell me my wipers are bad — even after I replaced them the last time I was here. All they want is your money and they DON’T CARE about the quality of their service.

Long lines and way overpriced. They left a ton of water which resulted in water marks and when I got home and removed the paper floor mat I realized it was filthy underneath. Gross! Never going there again!

Middle of the road car wash. They don’t pay much attention to detail at all. I found it a bit pricey for what you get. Facility is Interested in quick turnover. They are ok to use in a pinch, otherwise find another place to wash your car.

Waited 30 mins for a car wash, only needed exterior car wash and they only have one lane.
No wonder people stopped going to this place.

There is an Asian guy there I don’t know if he is the owner or manager. He is so damn rude. He is cocky and condesending. I don’t know how he stays his business. The mechamics work so slow and they always try to get you some way. They charge so much. Definitely a rip off.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give less. These people are new owners! If the old owners were still in business they would have done a fantastic job and, I’d wish I could give more than 5 stars. I went there on Saturday because it was my favorite place before these new owners took over. I was disappointed when I saw that there were new owners but wanted to give them a try. I like the look of the place, but the washing service is the pits!!! They are not professional car washers. They did a very shoddy job. They take no pride in their work like the old owners did. I’m very sorry the old owners are gone. I’m on the search for a new car washing place!

Very high quality. The guys very helpful they would do for you anything you ask for when you need extra work. I only trust them with my car every time I need inspection or car repair. They always give free car wash. It’s the best car wash. Thanks to the management there.

Took my car here before it went back to the dealership when my lease was up. I wanted a really good thorough wash, which was exactly what I got. The cleaners were great, there is a little waiting area and I felt like they really took their time to do a deep cleaning. I highly recommend and will be back.

I saw the cars coming out sparkling clean so I figured to give it a try.
