If you work in a supermarket bagging groceries then be the best grocery bagger you can be. Do not stop bagging my groceries to talk to a co worker about a movie and Dunkin donuts! If you don’t want to bag my groceries then move over I can do it.

I’ve been coming to this stop n shop since I was younger. To make a long story short– please hire staff that doesn’t mix their feelings with work. I had feud with one of your employees by the name of Alexis years ago due to her insane insecurity, went in their to buy cat food recently and not only was I being stared at, and made felt uncomfortable in your store– when I said something to her I WAS treated like the insane one. I didn’t even know she worked there, and have every right to shop in the store and say something especially when I’m being treated poorly. I’m sure the police was called when I left but since my GPA is higher than everyone in there’s combined I can care less. Beyond rude– lost a frequent customer.

Not terrible but definitely needs work. 1) better produce, more organic 2) more helpful staff(take a cue from trader joes) 3) need to be cleaned up.

One of the worst Stop N Shops that are out there… This used to be a Pantry Pride then it became a Waldabums until King Kullen bought the store… Almost every time outside of the store are these ladies constantly trying to sell you bootleg dvds… It is annoying… If I want to rent a dvd I will go to Redbox… Management was told and they said the problem would be fixed but it never was…

A few days ago I went to Stop and Shop And bought among other things Food Should Taste This Good tortilla chips. The sale was Buy Two Get One Free. When I got home I saw that I didn’t get one free. I looked at the flyer again and realized it was buy 2 get 1 free. When I read it the 1ST time I thought it was Buy 1 get 1 free. Today, a few days later I went back to get the free bag but was told to come back later because customer service was closed. I do laundry at 7AM at a nearby laundromat and the only time I could shop is while the clothes are drying at 7:30AM. I told this to John the cashier and a packer and he couldn’t help me. I said I’ll have to complain online and he said go ahead. This is no way to run a business. If you’re open, then there should be either customer service or a manager that could handle problems, especially simple ones like this. Steve

The selection is definitely smaller than other Stop and Shop locations, but they carry all the necessities. I shop here about once a week, and I’ve never really found it in disarray. I just find the deli department way overpriced. $ 5.99 a lb for potato salad is ridiculous in my opinion.

Totally not what I’ve come to expect from Stop and Shop. The store is unkempt, tiny dirty produce section. Not much in the way of organics. Glad I don’t live around here where this would be my local super market.

This location is horrible! This is not my first time here, but tonight the store was in a disarray. The produce section is so small and half the shelves were empty. A lot of items I needed throughout the store were either out of stock or they did not carry. Granted I went at night to do my shopping, but even the seasonal section was a disaster, mixed in with flowers. It looked like everything was thrown all over the place. The cashier was letting all of my produce out of the bags and checked his cell phone, while other items still needed to be bagged! I thought the New Dorp location was bad, but i’ll stick to that store instead.
