I’ve never had an issue with the staff, they even treated my rambunctious 3 year old kindly when he needed to see the Dr.
I’m not a fan of Dr. U, he has no bedside manner but he is a really good dr. I usually see Dr. Mat and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He is great and great with kids also.

With the changes made to the office the staff is rude and incompetent! Have called numerous times with no call back! Waited 3 weeks for an authorization and after holding for over 40 minutes was told by Kizzie what should I do about it with a nasty attitude! Never going back there again and highly recommend hiring a new staff with manners and professionalism!

I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews posted here ! They are all the furthest from the truth ! I could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out ! Excellent excellent excellent Albina was pleasant and extremely knowledgable Liz who was assisting equally as pleasant. Thank you all so much I went in very worried and left relieved and happy I highly recommend this office

They couldnt help till I pre register, after spending almost 10 mins registering, they couldnt find it. Terrible services and the front desk staff kept asking if they were in the network with my insurance I kept saying yes but she still double checked and said yes we are in your network. I’m like no kidding I just told you YES! I dont recommend this place.

I have personally never dealt with Dr Urbanek himself, I was a patient of Albina so I can only speak on her behalf. When I first started visiting Albina 3 years ago, she was very attentive, sweet and helpful. However, she started to fall off years down the line, cutting my visits shorts, being impatient and just plain rude when I asked her questions about my skin NOT CLEARING UP. So coupled with her attitude, I stopped visiting her because the staff was extremely incompetent. The women working there talk loudly and freely as if they were working in a beauty parlor. I do not care what you are eating for lunch or how many times you got dissed on the phone by your fake boyfriend. They are nasty and not welcoming or friendly.
