Definitely wonderful experience. Lovely host, a retired architect, very large rooms, clean, great breakfast, very delicate details… Only minus maybe bathroom sharing btw two rooms. But very clean. No problem. Backyard and frontyard are great for nice chats. Manhattan ferry is every 15 mins during the day and half an hr afterwards. Bus stop is 2 min walking. The value for the price is unbelievable.
