Extremely professional courteous atmosphere. They provide Coffee and Donuts and are always honest about the wait times which are usually not long at all. Bathroom is spotless which is always a plus.

I have been using West Shore Tires for the past 10+ years and have found them to be honest, knowledgeable and reliable. Their prices are reasonable and service is impeccable.
I have recommended them to my friends and family and trust them enough to work on my children’s cars (which means a lot).
They always make me feel comfortable with their friendly staff, clean waiting room and hot cup of coffee on cold morning.
They truly know the meaning of customer service.

I have been coming to West Shore Tires for years (over 15). I have gotten tires, inspections and other repair work done. Its always been professional and courteous. They are always knowledgeable and answer any questions I have, always with a real answer, not a sales pitch. Once I needed a tire and I insisted it was a run-​flat tire (which are more expensive). I was sold the right tire at a fair and competitive price. It’s a local family run place with food, coffee and tv. And the job is always done right !

As usual, whenever I came to this repair shop, I am treated with the utmost respect. I couldn’t ask for more from them. I explain my problem and in return I get an HONEST answer. Furthermore, any other issues that my cars may have, these guys bring to my attention. I don’t have time to constantly go over my cars for issues. I trust this shop with what they tell me about my vehicles. They have been dealing with my family since they opened, which I think is close to 20 years. They have it figured out!!!

I hate these guys, if I can give them negative a million stars, I would.
Italian guys here, I’m Italian, do us staten island Italians look out for each other? No. This place is a bunch of liars and rip offs.
Brought my car here once years ago, I had a flat tire, the rim on the tire was messed up. This guy sells me a new tire, and tells me that’s the problem, I came home, new tire goes flat again. I brought the car back, the guy then charges me again to fix the rim.
My sister brought her car here once, and she had a few dollars worth of change in her car, and the workers here stole it! My father went back here and they actually apologized and gave him the money back.
Another time, I got a flat tire, nail in the tire, this guy told me again, I need not 1 but 2 new tires! I wound up going to shell and they patched up the tire for $ 9, and I never had a problem again. These idiots wanted $ 400.
I hate these guys!
