These people are terrible, they will tell just about anything to get you to sign a lease and then after that they basically just don’t care. When I moved in I was aware that there was no rug in the house and that they were going to do it as fast as they can supposedly recording to them. But I paid my deposit and still on move in day the carpets weren’t done, the house was DISGUSTING, and basically wasn’t clean and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. I don’t know how these people have any business because they are liars. They rent these house to people and don’t keep up with them at all. All while the owner of the house is paying for them to crap and not maintain the houses. I have been at this house for a week and I’m stuck into a lease with these morons for months that I honestly regret. If you can avoid them please do so !!! Regan the one that runs the office i went directly to her and told her that the stove didn’t work when I moved in and she basically told me «while eat food that doesn’t require a stove «ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!! I just paid you almost 2 grand and that the best thing you can say. And then on top of that be rude as well. And say «IDK when the guy will get to your house but I’ll send him a message, and as well for the AC not working IDK what to say they’re are people that don’t have AC so your not priority right now «. All the while not even looking me in my face. I just wanted to punch her, thats how irritated I got with her nasty looking self. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, they don’t know what their doing and, clearly don’t do there jobs well. So disgusted with them.
