My dad and I visited this location in order to activate a phone. This place was extremely busy. We were immediately greeted, and was told that we would have to wait to speak with one of the representatives. After about a 10 – 15 minute wait, we were assisted by a gentleman who was very professional! The service was great! Busy, but great!

My problem here wasn’t really An issue with my phone but it was the employees didn’t help me AT ALL thay just looked at me like just ignore him maybe he’ll go away

Stopped by today to see about my wife’s upgrading to a new phone, when we walked in they asked us our name and what we wanted today then told us it would be a 20 minute wait as 3 people was ahead of us. So we wait…
Well no upgrade today, a little to soon. Have to come back next month to upgrade. So we will be back in June to see what we can do. Chaz was a great help today, explained everything so we understand what was happening.
