My dad and I visited this location in order to activate a phone. This place was extremely busy. We were immediately greeted, and was told that we would have to wait to speak with one of the representatives. After about a 10 – 15 minute wait, we were assisted by a gentleman who was very professional! The service was great! Busy, but great!

Stopped by today to see about my wife’s upgrading to a new phone, when we walked in they asked us our name and what we wanted today then told us it would be a 20 minute wait as 3 people was ahead of us. So we wait… Well no upgrade today, a little to soon. Have to come back next month to upgrade. So we will be back in June to see what we can do. Chaz was a great help today, explained everything so we understand what was happening.
