If you need to deal with customer service, then you will only have one person waiting on you and you will have to stand in line and wait about thirty minutes or more. Also problems with items not being labeled with price, damaged items in store, and even if you use your Shop Your Way points, or coupons, the fine print will limit you to a discount on only about ten percent of the store inventory. Not a good way to keep customers.
