I will always be grateful to Jacki! On New Year’s Eve I had an appointment at another local salon and upon my arrival I found it closed. Jacki was at the grocery store shopping for her New Year’s Eve meal with her family and after learning what had happened to me she opened her shop to do my hair. Thank you Jacki for making my New Year’s Eve a very special one in Staunton!
