food quality has been terrible the last couple of times and the prices are higher than any other McDonalds in the Salem /​Portland area. drive thru is very slow. I see no reason to go back!

Definitely not what it used to be. Went there to get a sausage Mcmuffin today; not only did prices go up again but the quality was not up to par like it was a year ago with the breakfast. drive thru was packed and everyone waiting was impatient honking their horns like that was going to help. Either ask for everything fresh, or go to another restaurant.

Has gotten much better since they put in the electronic screen that shows what you’ve ordered before you pull up and pay. Before this, they were getting my order wrong 3 out of 5 times, whether it was forgetting to take off the cheese or make my drink diet.
The staff seems to be a little nicer too. I still only get a few quick and careless, «Hi-​how-​are-​yous» from some of the workers with no eye contact. The fact that they work in a fast food restaurant doesn’t mean that their customer service has to be fast.
Then again, I’m sure there are people out their who prefer the quickest of encounters in order to just get their food and go. And sometimes I’m like that too. But being fast should be no substitute for courtesy. You can have quick service and make a good impression on the customer too.
Also, why aren’t these restaurants serving breakfast 24 hrs yet? I would think that it would serve them well and those who only like to come in for breakfast would come in more often. Who says you can’t have hash browns at 8pm? I don’t think it is very fair of them to tell us when we can eat breakfast type foods and when we can’t.
