If I could give this place negative stars I would… Our car was there for a week, they never called to tell us it was «done». We took the car in with a paper from our previous appointment so that they knew what was wrong. All they did was put it on the alignment machine, which I don’t even believe and charged us $ 50.
When I first called they had told me they didn’t even look at the car yet, so I told them we were coming to get it. A half hour later they call back telling me we need new tires. OBVIOUSLY we can see our tires our bad ourselves. We go in an hour later and they have a whole new spiel about what needs to be done like they knew all along.
Long story short, they’re a rip off and have TERRIBLE customer service.

Doc was able to check out my brakes when a grinding noise started before I headed back to Denver. Just Brakes put in a bolt incorrectly and my brake was scraping the wheel! He put in a new bolt, checked the others, and sent me on my way. Thanks Doc!
