Om Gallery

Came here last year and was overwhelmed with the colorful merchandise — I wanted to but everything inside! I’m excited to get back today for some fabulous Xmas finds!

I want everything in the store. EVERYTHING. temptation lives here. The owner/​woman at the counter was super friendly and made great conversation with us while we browsed. I hope to own some of the flower lamps in the near future.

We found some super rad lamps here. Love this store. The staff was super friendly. I would have bought more but we ran out of space in our jeep. Totally rad lamps. One of the only times I have gotten a card from a little mountain store and actually ordered stuff from them over the internet days after being in the store (when that spur of the moment feeling was gone).

Update: On my December 2013 visit to Steamboat, Om Gallery was closed. Store was completely empty, other than the two stone lions out front. So sad — loved this store.

I am in love with this store. Or, at least in lust. I seriously want to buy just about everything in here.
They have a variety of things, but the lamps are the superstar. The other offerings include candleholders, cardboard animals (which were super cool), some clothing, etc. in fact, they have so many offerings that it can be a lot to take in. I would recommend going at least a couple of times before deciding on your purchase. We stopped in multiple times on a recent trip and the lamp I ended up with was a style that I had managed to overlook the first two times I was in the store.
The staff were always very nice and helpful. When I was finally ready to purchase, the woman happily checked to see if the particular lamp I wanted was available in the color I wanted (as it wasn’t on display). She also packaged the lamp well to survive the drive back home.
The vibe in this store is so relaxing and inviting. Yes, I definitely heart Om.

I really liked this store. I liked it so much, I came back when it was open. They do ship if you want to order something out of state. I got a couple of interesting candle holders from this place. I really liked all the lamps they had. I assume this is Yogi — type place based on the name. Be forewarned, I noticed the receipt says ‘for exchange only’ in 30 days. NO RETURNS. Does this still happen?

Om Gallery houses lots of great lamps! There are lots of paper lanterns for sale in bright colors which makes the store amazing looking! Another fantastic lamp are the big white plastic lamps that you make so you can control in how it looks. The place is a bit pricey but if you are in downtown Steamboat this place is worth going into for a look!

Amazing,…all handmade and fair trade… the prices are reasonable as well… this is what I want my world to look like in the future!
