Dairy Queen Brazier of Steeleville

I wish I could give this DQ no stars but it will not let me write a review unless I give it one star. We went through the drive through tonight about 6:30 pm and had to wait at least 5 min before they would take our order and then we waited at least 20 min in line behind the two cars in front of us. When we got to the winding it was another five or so min before we got our food. We drove off and then we checked the bag. We ordered two number 4 meals or two ½ lb dlb cheese burger combos. We only had one fry so we went back and went back through the drive through. The girl just stared at us and finally came to see what we wanted. She gave us another fry and we went home to eat. When we opened the sandwiches we found that one had bacon and the other one didn’t.It turns out we got one ½ combo and a flamethrower dlb cheese combo. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It is slower than slow and can’t even get the orders right. Avoid this place, drive to Sparta DQ if you want DQ.

DQ always has a great menu, but, their burgers, are often pink in the middle. We always have to tell them ‘Well Done’ when ordering, and twice before, they’ve had spoiled milk in the Ice Cream machine.
Service is slow, and drive thru, you might as well turn off car after each pull up
