Set three appointments with us and never showed. Finally came and did our chimney. We received the balance of our bill on December 22 work was completed December 11. On January 5 a message was left on our machine that was extremely rude and nasty. The lady accused us of avoiding her phone calls and not paying out bill which according to her we have had for a month. We were not avoiding her calls our office was on vacation from December 24 through January 4. She did not email us nor call our cell phone number. If I’m not 30 days yet from when you completed the work nor billed us the remaining balance after our 50 percent deposit, customers do not need to be talked to the way the lady in their office spoke on our answering machine and to the secretary in my office.
