I know scheduling is hard, but when you call two hours into a 5 hour time frame window and request that they call the tech to see where he is, if there is an updated time frame arrival window and they refuse? Frustrating. All they give you is the pat answer «I’m sorry all I can tell you is 8−1». Pathetic. It takes less than a minute to call the tech for an update. Nope, nothing doing. Then they HANG UP on you??? Then I find out that they cancelled the install and requested a different company handle the job? REALLY?! I called back and spoke with the owner. **She** didn’t even want to call the tech for an updated arrival time and then SHE hung up on me. American Home Shield got them to come out to the house (shockingly at the end of the arrival time frame window — note sarcasm). Techs were great and personable. Company owner pathetic, sad and lacking in customer service skills. I’d have fired her if she worked for me. I’ll never use them again.

This company was great! I used to use Bryant Appliance, but he no longer does repairs. I found this company on the web. They scheduled an appointment and arrived a few minutes early! Right away they knew what the problem was, ordered the part and came out a few days later. Again they arrived a few minutes early! Fixed my washer and charged a fair price! What more can you ask for?! Good job Shenandoah App! Thank you! (Beats waiting around all day like some other repair companies make you do!!)
