Came in on a slow, Sunday evening. I promised my daughter a slurpee. The pop machine/​slurpee machine area was completely disgusting! There were no lids to be found and while we were standing there a worker comes up without saying excuse me and starts filling up the lids. I think the group before me informed the worker of the lids. I couldn’t get over how messy everything in the area was, so we left. It was the messiest slurpee area I have ever seen in a 7– Eleven. We waited until we got to the 7– Eleven near our house to get our slurpees.

I visit 7 – 11 a lot. Usually my kids and I go to the one on 19 Mile and Schoenherr. The people at that 7 – 11 are awesome and always take care of us with a smile. Today, however, we went to the 16 and Mound location. We were met with a nasty employee behind the register who appears to just hate her job. She didn’t smile once. Absolutely no food on the grill was prepared and she said she was just too busy. Seriously?! Will never return to that location!
