First class work; excellent customer service. Their creativity and willingness to find the best solutions for my jacket order was unparalleled. Have received SO many compliments and am grateful I found All-American — well-worth the drive from downtown!

Customer service is top tier! I called with a request that left a short window of time for completion. I had no time to physically show up and get a quote done, but one of the employees was able to fulfill my need, while giving me the best options within my price range, all over the phone. The order was done with time to spare. I highly recommend their services die to the quality of work, communication, and service provided.

I have used All American exclusively for my company products. They put me in touch with a commercial artist who developed my company logo. For my first orders, they set about to embroidering my logo on winter coats. As time went on, I placed orders for screen printed T-Shirts and embroidered ball caps. Everything was done professionally and with courteous service. I worked with both Christine and Gloria. Check out their website to see a funny video on how to make a screen-print T-Shirt. ~~ My initial contact with All American was when I was deployed overseas. They have a program where you can submit a name and address of a military service member. They will then send a care package to the service member, including a couple T-shirts produced by one of the kids who tour the facility on a field trip. Also included with each shirt is a letter from one of the kids, a letter from home, if you will. When I received my package, I remembered that we had a field hospital close by, where they took care of recently-wounded sailors and Marines. I offered the package to a couple of the wounded, as when they come from the field, everything is cut off of them and they have no clothes to speak of. It was kinda heart breaking to see the tears of appreciation. So I wrote back to the letter writer kids, and I wrote to Christine Delvecchio, owner of All American, telling her that I had given my package away to someone who needed it more than I. We exchanged emails and she offered to send more care packages for the temporary residents of the hospital. As the war wound down and the hospital was eventually disbanded, the rest of the care packages received went to members of my unit, with the request that whomever received a package would at least write a return letter to the kids. When I returned home to the States, I looked up All American to personally thank Christine and her staff for the wonderful charity work they performed. I certainly wish them well.
