I found hair in my food there was a white young lady working the cashier she told me to eat it with hair or just take it off your food. she said it happens all the time. I spoke to the manager he was young real short and kinda scary looking, dark skin looked maybe Indian. I spoke to him he made me cry. The meat is always burned.

This place is good when you order here but don’t order online! I ordered online and came 5 minutes early and still had to wait until they decided to make my order! People that came after me left before me. Overall just order here

How have I never been to Chipotle before tonight?

Healthy Fast Food… what a concept!
I got the Chicken burrito bowl, and it was awesome.
Great flavors, super fresh… I admit, I had the sour cream and cheese and guac added, but it was my first time, next time I’m going to go for the healthier version.
Portions are nice and big, so it’s easily two meals.
I’m in!

Sure wish I owned this location. Seems like a goldmine. Always busy. Usually have a steak bowl. Plenty of food, and quite good at that. Do I wish the guacamole was included, or if I pay extra for it, that portion were a little larger? Yes yes yes. Still a pretty fair place tho.

Hey want to go to a place for the food that tastes great and you have to wait over half an hour in line to get it only to have the staff treat you like crap? If so then this Chipotle is the place for you. Not only are the staff extremely rude but any time you go there they act as if you’re putting them out by getting an order. I have been there several times because it’s close to my home and I truly enjoy the food. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat at but this location makes me feel like I’m an uninvited guest each and every time I show up. There is an excruciatingly long line each and every time you arrive because a lot of people go here. However unless you’re someone that the workers consider super hot and want to flirt with you are pretty much guaranteed to get s***** service. I’ve been there many times when workers have been aggravated because I put in an order and they’ve treated me like I’m infringing upon their time because I dare to order food from them. After waiting for about a half an hour in line each time which is crazy in the first place the last thing you want to deal with a rude person. I’m a very pleasant person and never lose my cool with people who work in food service industry. However at this place it doesn’t matter how nice you are because they truly don’t give a damn about the customers it’s like you’re irritating just because you’re there.

Love this Chipotle! You can’t go wrong with the steak bowl! This store is always busy but totally worth the wait! Everyone is always so friendly… even when they’re clearly busting butt! I have no idea how anyone could say a bad thing or give less than 5 stars!

I’ve had their food before, but had never been the one to go in and order.
My first time in, was awful. Last time too. Lunch rush was over, but still steady. Tonsssss of people working inside, very chaotic. I was rushed through my orders without them even asking me about the menu. For someone unfamiliar with how the line worked, I was very overwhelmed. And guac is extra?
I’ll stick to Qdoba.

I love Chipotle burritos. I really do. But this locations awful. No one here can fold a burrito and not have it rip or explode. Burritos from here are the messiest ever. The staff is by far kind of awful. No one smiles they just look pissed. I understand theyre busy but suck it up. I try not to go here but it’s near my work. And i get burrito mess on my clothes everytime.

Love Chipotle, but this location is a embarrassment… Very skip servings, staff is depressing, food is often more cold than not, chicken is burnt. A side note complaint on all locations is the flat pricing, i pay for a chicken bowl with double chicken, get considerably less chicken than the lady behind me who is not being charged for double chicken and yet i receive no deduction for not getting beans, cheese, veggies sauces or having any kind of pita. It should add up based on what u want, not a flat rate.

Good location for business. Seems to be one of the busiest in the area. It was super busy when I came in, atmosphere was fine, the flo on the line was moving. Until one of the burrito rollers aggressively said to my boyfriend, «sir please refrain from putting your hands over the glass. I understand how that’s protocol and cause bacteria build up, but the approach was unacceptable. When we got towards the end of the line to pay the ladies at the end had an attitude issue and were extremely non customer oriented. The staff needs to be worked on other than that food was fine.

This is the third time that I’ve placed a Carry that hasn’t been ready. It’s like I should’ve stood behind the guy in line I would’ve got my food faster. I understand if it happened now and then but this is the third time in a row. I got so upset I signed up for Unilocal just to make my first comment. Never again will I make a carry out thinking I’ll be in and out, it never happens.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The workers are all so friendly to talk to, and the food is always excellent. I always get the chicken burrito on the menu. Also, most of the time when I have been there, there is a longer line. But it always moves so fast! This is a great place.

I have been in this chipotle more times than I’d want to admit. I love chipotle for the quality quantity and price. In my personal opinion, you can’t beat it. HOWEVER this chipotle in particular beats all. The staff is incredible; full of beautiful smiles and helpful attitudes. I watched a woman treat some of you like garbage just a few minutes ago over a simple mistake and I just want to say (just in case any of you see this) that you are all doing a great job, keep it up!

I give it 4 stars because every time I go, it is a slightly good experience. 99% of the time it is good. One time they made the guacamole spicy and I couldn’t eat it. It also depends on the time of day you go. If you go in the morning when they open expect way bigger portions and friendlier staff.

My husband and I have always loved this place. Fresh salsa, meat well cooked– great options. They don’t have queso and you pay extra for guacamole but those are not true issues.
One thing I have to give bonus points too is there kids meals. They range from $ 3.50−4.95, include chips and a drink in which you can choose from organic juice or organic milk. It’s so worth it!

Excellent food quality and taste. So fresh and delicious. As for the portion size and quality, I would say Chipotle is priced quite fair. Everything goes downhill from there though at this location. The line is usually a half hour. If you are dining in you can forget about finding a seat. Don’t think if you order ahead on the app you won’t wait. You can be sure that no matter what time you arrive (early, on time, or late) you will still wait 15 minutes for your order. I have also experienced them running out of items such as lettuce and guac. Somehow it still tastes delicious even when missing something. If the food wasn’t so good I would stop going. I only allow Chipotle to treat me this way. Any other restaurant I would be GONE!

Really all you can ask for. They’re always packed and do a good job moving line and communicating with customers.

Food wasn’t bad. the experience I had was. Please get more than two high chairs that would be great! Trying to hold a toddler while eating a messy ass burrito sucks.
Also to the «people» that claim their table and highchair before ordering and screwing the people who are ahead of you… are rude and selfish. I haven’t been to this location so I didn’t know that’s how you do things. one person orders/​gets in line, while the other gets a table and a highchair right away. Lesson learned I guess.
The dining room is too small. It was dirty. We made a huge mess (thanks to not having a high chair. you’re welcome) And no one cleaned up for the next people waiting to eat their food. There was a huge line and it was stressful to find a place to sit. Maybe buy a larger location. then spend a few hundred bucks for some high chairs. Next time we’ll bring a stroller and take up even more room in such a small establishment

I love Chipotle as much as the next guy, but god do I hate some of the staff shifts here. I don’t want to see you snarl or contemplate bitching when I order a quesoritto. Just fucking melt the damn cheese on the tortilla for a few seconds and smile about it. That’s your job. Your super hard job: to give me what I want. I want to let you all in on a little secret, the more you snarl and look hung over, the harder I want to make my order for you. I’ll decide I want double meet after you put the cheese on, fuck you.
And that sign about not having the good steak and wanting to get right back on the quality train ASAP? WTF is that? Why? The Chipotle 7 miles away doesn’t have that problem. Why do you have to chimp me out of decent steak for over a few months and still charge the same rape for an inferior product? I want this place to just burn to the ground so a new one can be erected.

This is probably the busiest Chipotle that I have ever been to, which is awesome because the food is always fresh. Staff always changes their gloves frequently, which is a thumbs up for me since I have a ton of allergies.
All the meats and beans are seasoned and a tad on the spicy side. I opt out of the pinto beans and every salsa because they tear up my stomach.
I normally order the soft corn taco tortillas because unlike the burrito tortillas, the corn tortillas don’t have gluten in them.
Staff isn’t very friendly. They act like they hate their job. My biggest complaint is the dinning area is always dirty and never cleaned (tables, floors, chairs, pop area)
I visit this location at least once a week and its always a hard decision to find a table because you’re always left looking for one that doesn’t have much of a mess on it (which is next to impossible!)
They should hire a person just to clean the dinning area.
Also beware the pop machines are frequently out of at least one pop at all times.
