While shopping today I picked out a new glove for my godson. Sign says 20% off. Get up to the register with my husband and I get attitude from both cashiers. After my husband went to actually get the sign to show them… All while a line waited the 20% finally was taken off. Poor customer service Poor attitude All in all will stick to in the future for sporting good needs (written by my mother and father as they had the bad encounter) My mom used words such as snarky and nasty describing how the cashiers treated her.

Besides the 15 minute wait in line to pay, with only 3 people in line, they were out of 2 of the bowling shoes I asked for. a gentleman was helping me with the shoes, he disappeared for a while, then a young girl threw 3 pairs of shoes out of the back room and said that’s all they had. Really unorganized.

This place is Terrible go to Dicks’ I couldn’t even get help today. I needed to find an employee to unlock the heart rate monitor case. They paged someone once and no one ever came. Then I personally asked an employee, they told me they would help in just a second. But never did. I walked out empty handed

Ive had hit/miss experiences here, but today was GREAT! Ive been looking for some nice cross training shoes with a strong arch support. Dunhams has plenty of shelves of self service selections & a large wall of upper end shoes that a clerk/stock person will fetch for you. Colleen was at the ready to assist me & beyond being polite, she had a wealth of knowledge on fit –support– durability & how different brands ran in sizes & width . Her suggestions were spot on especially with the Under Armour Brand. Although she pulled out over 8 pairs for me to try on & test, I could not find anything good in my price point. Off to Dicks & Kohls

If you enjoy your alone time without any help from those pesky employees, then this is the place for you. Not only will you be consistently ignored by each individual, but they will even refuse to help you if you ask. The only reason this place received a star at all is because Unilocal won’t allow me to give a zero star rating. If you don’t like how you’ve been treated, go ahead and complain to the corporate office. You’ll at least get a coupon so you can be ignored at a cheaper rate… but don’t expect any type of apology. Would rather pay higher prices at a place that respects my time and is willing to answer my questions than give this sorry excuse for a company another hard earned dollar.
