Initially things went well. Thought inspection was fairly thorough. Then thought inspector fell off face of earth as no communication for 2 weeks. I’m updating post now because he’s communicating again. Things aren’t perfect, but at least there’s communication so we can fix problems.

They came out to repair a pocket door at my house. They were able to get to me the day after I called them, they were nice and professional, and they charged a very reasonable price. Also, they fixed it very well. It’s just like it was before it broke and I can’t even tell where they had to remove the door trim. Will definitely call them again if we need any more services!
