Very poor customer service, rude. Not impressed at all with that. Pizza and wings were pretty good.

This particular jets is not very good. When I order a pizza here it almost always gets burnt. When I order a jet boat or deli boat it’s not cooked enough, even when I ask for it «well done». The green shirt managers here are not very helpful here.
Honestly you should stick to the 13 and Hayes store or 19 and Schoenherr.

oh man I love this Pizza. i live in calif and there are no Jets. I visit detroit often and getting some Jets is a must. the pizza was a tad over done, but i love it that way. crispy corners and edges taste sooo good

I’ve used this location along with other locations many times. Unlike most of the other comments, I have nothing negative to say. I always ask for light cheese and well done on my pizza and bread… not once has my order been incorrect. The guys who answer the phone are even friendly! No complaints here!
(Update): ordered delivery this time and the bread didn’t have light cheese and wasn’t well done but my rating doesn’t change bc the nice man who delivered the pizza was sooooo friendly and kind. It’s nice to see people happy instead of miserable. He deserves a raise! His positive energy made my day!

This place isn’t like most Jets Pizza stores! I ordered a round and got a square. They also forgot the sauce on the pizza, that made it very dry and it was cold when the guy got to my house 20 minutes later than I was told.

I love Jets pizza but this location wasn’t that good, not sure what they did with the pizza but it wasn’t the usual– I got the bbq chicken and Hawaiian.
