I really can’t believe this company is still in business. Maybe I was an exception?
I took my Macbook Pro to these people for repair, which ended up being resale since they could not repair it. After 2 months of no communication, I call back. Todd — the president — says «everything is taken care of, either we’ll get it back to you or well get you some cash for it» Another 1.5 months pass, and STILL no communication.
My next call yields «yeah, we had some theft in the warehouse and we can’t find your computer. Hopefully our insurance company will follow through and for sure you’ll be taken care of.» Thanks Todd. Too bad I had to call back to find that out.
Whatever. STILL No call backs. NO communication. NO customer service. Zip zero zilch. I’ve long since given up on these people.
It’s been well over 2 years now and STILL nothing. Unbelievable. SO I felt I should let others know.
This is by far the worst run company I have ever dealt with. Again, maybe I’m an exception, but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
