You will most likely be wasting your time by using NCDS. They are NOT transparent and seem to make up rules on the fly. They are very evasive about answering questions and/​or when dealing with consumers. Remember, they are being paid by the auto manufacturers, and the vast majority of cases (greater than 80%) are ruled against the consumer… meaning the auto manufacturer almost always wins.
