Okay, I don’t know what we were thinking or why we decided to give this place another shot, but we did. It was cold out, and we didn’t feel like cooking or going out so we decided since their pizza is ALWAYS flat, maybe we would try some pasta. My wife and I ordered the chicken Parmesan. The flavor wasn’t bad, the sauce is okay. The problem is though that this is NOT chicken Parmesan. Chicken Parmesan is breaded! It took exactly 55 minutes for our food to arrive, not even a mile from our house. It was Luke warm at best, and all the melted cheese had solidified. The chicken was the same chicken they would put on a pizza. Not breaded, and damn sure not Parmesan. They threw a few pieces of cold bread sticks in the box, but not the toasted garlic bread it has come with in the past. Needless to say, we were once again disappointed and this is the third time in a row I have had bad service. I swore I would never return, but I let my guard down, and got screwed again. Why would anyone go here? Listen, Jet’s is right across the street. They are faster, more consistent, and 100x better. They may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. Also, something I have NEVER seen from any pizza place ever… they told us on the phone that if we wanted to tip, we had to either do it with cash, or have it added to our debit card during the order. We don’t carry cash anymore, so we had no choice but to throw a tip on the order before we even received it. This place is the biggest joke. The owner continues to ignore the fact that this place is run like crap. She doesn’t care. The employees do not care. They are not striving to improve their image at all. This is a place that is ONLY in business because they are a cheaper alternative to a much better quality place. Would give it –5 stars if I could.

Talk about making an awesome V-day with your food!!! My husband & I order from you quite often for pizza. This Valentine’s Day, since we are leaving for out of town tomorrow and I was craving pasta, ordered an Antipasto Salad, Chicken Parm & Spaghetti from your 19 and Schoenherr location. My husband picked it up(usually have delivery) and we were treated to THEMOSTDELICIOUSTAKEOUTDINNER for a holiday ever!!! The chicken was tender & juicy, the sauce was sweet AND savory, the breadsticks(which we were given BOTH marinara & ranch) were the tastiest I’ve had. And Jeff was a most pleasurable, friendly, & super cool manager! We will DEFINITELY spread the word of quality for the quantity: quantity of food, great taste, friendliness, & smiles! Thank you!

i give 3.5 stars if possible. the pizza here is usually pretty good, delivery ain’t bad either. the bacon is real, unlike jets who use sad little frozen bacon bits that are a total joke compared to other pizza places. the problem? they NEVER fully cook anything. if i don’t ask for well done, i can literally see the uncooked cheese string shape and ask the toppings look like salad items that never touched heat. they also have recently gone super stingy with sauce. order any pizza well done with extra sauce or you will probably be disappointed. if they cooked the pizza right without special instructions every time. they’d get 4 stars from me

Their pizza sauce is terrible, it was so watered down it wasn’t worth eating… wasted money.

Sue and Tyler are the sorriest money grubbing idiots I have ever come across. They gave us a RAW pizza and refused to refund us. Also I found out from a former employee that Szue writes all of her own positive reviews! Haha Gotcha.

At a 12:45 am craving for some pizza I decided to give passport a shot. I had a lot of questions on the phone and the customer service had a lot of knowledge and was very friendly, especially given they closed in 15 minutes. Also a medium one topping and delivery was under $ 10 which is nice. They gave me a 45 minute window and got here in 30, which was very nice. so the real test… The pizza. Opening it up I was excited and not disappointed honestly the only reason it’s not five stars is it seems a little under done but saying that very exceptional pizza. Will probably order again.

We got their coupons in the mail or the paper. We figured we would give them a try and it was decent pizza. I don’t like greasy pizza with shriveled pepperonis so I enjoyed this one quite a bit. We got two large, one topping pizzas, an order or cheesy bread and a 2 liter of pop for $ 20.99. It was good. The whole family liked it too. They even throw on, what I assume is oregano. Tasty stuff. I recommend you give them a try.

Sterling Heights has a problem, try to find a delicious pizza for a decent price and the available options will make your head dizzy. Sure there is the staple Hungry Howie’s and Little Caesars but I said delicious, not barely edible. Passport does a great pie, I personally love the square deep dish. Throw a couple old school pepperonis on there with some mushrooms and I’m in heaven. Sure its not the fancy brick oven place on Hall Road but I’m not one to spend over $ 20 on a pie.
