Literally went here multiple times a week for the past ²⁄₃ years and almost 1 out of 3 times my order was screwed up. The first few times just let it slide, but once I noticed it became a regular thing, started going back and having them remake it and it has never been a problem. This last time they severly messed it up so I went back as I always do but this time workers there were completely rude to me and demanded they would only remake it once I brought the food back. Beyond fed up with this and will defintely not be going back here again. Done with the rude workers and people that clearly don’t know how to read screens and orders properly.

Nice exterior drive-through line was very fast cashier was prompt and enunciated words very clearly, so that we could hear him through the speakers.
Got to the window everything is fine inside from what I could see it looked clean.
Great customer service would recommend will be returning

When you ask me to check and make sure the order on the screen is correct and I say «yes» … The order in my bag should be correct too. Not to mention the food is put together extremely sloppy.

This place gets swamped but they are usually on the ball. They have never fudged up any of my orders, but I can see it happening to a few people with the amount of cars that go through there off Van Dyke every day.

Was in today at 5:44 and my total was $ 1.37. I had exactly $ 1.36. Jalen the cash register person would not let me slide on the penny. Bad customer service move. On to the food. Not the best tbell or the worst. Just OK. Reasonably clean.
