Tim Hortons

I ordered a dozen donuts for coworkers and I got them in a box for ½ dozen! They were all squished in on their sides and all the icing was stuck to the next donut (not laid out on their bottoms like they’re supposed to be). I said to the kid «this box is for ½ dozen, not a dozen» and he’s all proud of himself saying «yeah, but I got them all to fit!» Obviously, no geniuses working at this store!

This is probably one of the dirtiest food location in this area. I used to study there a few years ago, the place has deteriorated ever since. Coffee is not fresh most the time and bakery is never fresh. The staff is friendly, but the people who dine in are probably the loudest café people you can ever see. The restroom has not been cleaned for several years. Urine is all over the floor and no one care. Poor management from the manager and from the company.

This tim hortons SUCKS all of the employees barelly speak english i repeated my order 5xs and they got everything i said wrong. Theyre not even capable of making a coffee. These are the same people that want $ 15 an hr. What a joke and they speak chaldean to each other completely unproffesional! Never again will I go there. I spent 20min this morning for a small coffee chocolate milk and 2 croissants even a trained monkey could do their job better and faster.

I like their pastries better than the other big coffee chains. This location usually carries more of the muffins that I like (fiber) and so I always stop at this specific one if I could.

If you do not know what to do with your time, try drive thru at this location. Even when only one car is ahead of you they will find a way of making sure that you will spend at least 15 minutes waiting for your coffee. Never fails. With other Timmies piping up all over I am trying to avoid this location. Still like their coffee.

This morning service was awful girl sounds like she was drunk hash brown was old and dry had the steak& egg 4 cheese 6.45 not worth it

If 0 stars were available, would use that. I frequent Tim Hortons for coffee & occasional sandwich. This time on the morning of ⁴⁄₁₄ at Sterling Heights Mi location on Mound rd, my experience was atrocious! I ordered coffee & a breakfast sandwich through the drive thru. So I received my order with no bag. I asked the young man for a bag. He gave me one reluctantly. Then I asked for a jam. He told me they charged 15 cents for jam. I said ok, gave him the $ and he attempted to give me the jam & said sarcastically, «do you need a bag for this too?» I said no. Took my order starting to drive off, thanked him sarcastically for the great service. He then sticks his head out of the drive thru window, asked what I said. I told him & gave him the finger. He then said you’re welcome & gave me the finger. I know I gave him the finger 1^st, but this was for good reason. Bad service & sticking your head out of the window like you were going to do something. He is representing Tim Hortons, & should not be giving customers the finger, especially not in front of other customers. If you can’t handle being nice to customers when they ask for something they’re paying for, then u shouldn’t be in the service industry.

My coffee is always done right. The staff at the drive through window is always smiling. Every time I have time to go inside its clean.

This Tim Hortons has changed. It’s now the hangout for all the old men and wanna-​be-​studying college students. I decided to visit the drive-​thru both times I’ve visited because of how crowded it was and was still disappointed. And their iced capps are no longer as good as they used to be. They’re a little too liquid-​y and their service wasn’t as fast or as nice as it used to be. Boo.
